How should I choose my size?
Please check the size notes on the product page before placing your order. Each style may fit differently depending on fabric, cut, stretch, and shape. For a more confident choice, compare the listed measurements with a similar garment you already own and enjoy wearing.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually reviewed and prepared within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After shipment, tracking information will be sent when available. Delivery time may vary based on the destination, carrier service, local delivery conditions, and order volume.
Can I return an item?
Return requests may be made within 14 days after delivery for eligible items. Items should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and kept in original condition with tags or packaging when applicable. Please contact customer support before sending any item back.
Why might the color look slightly different?
Product photos are taken to show the style as clearly as possible, but color may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, fabric texture, and normal production variation. Please review the product photos and written details together before ordering.
